🔴 Personal Training:
Whether you’re an athlete, a sports enthusiast, or at the start of your fitness journey, personal training is one of the best ways to help you stay on track with your goals. Our Coaches will assess your fitness needs and create a program that keeps you motivated, accountable and delivers the results you’re looking for. No sharing of equipment. No waiting. Zero distractions. You will have the entire gym to yourself and the complete attention of your trainer. This is truly a one-on-one session with full access to free weights, kettlebells and the squat rack.
🔴 Youth Strength & Conditioning (Ages 12+):
Weight training is THE best thing an athlete of any age can do to increase performance and reduce the risk of injury. Youth will learn the proper form and technique used to squat, press, hinge, pull and carry. Learning these fundamental movement patterns will make the body more resilient, add muscle, and lead to better performance in any sport.

Jeff’s training philosophy comes from his experience training for sport. He believes everyone has the potential to become more athletic, look better and feel better. Becoming more athletic can mean many things but for most, it means making day-to-day activities easier and pain-free. Jeff teaches Taekwondo and Kickboxing at Cascadia and coaches the linebackers for the Westshore Rebels.
