• 4th Degree Black Belt in World Taekwondo
Jeff is known for his strength, explosive power and agility. A lot of his physical prowess comes from the years training in taekwondo and playing football from age 12 till 22. He honed his coaching skills as a linebacker coach for the Okanagan Sun in Kelowna, BC. He currently teaches taekwondo and kickboxing at Cascadia and has recently started coaching the linebackers for the Westshore Rebels. You can find Jeff on Instagram @jeffmock72

Duncan’s passion for fitness started at the young age of twelve when he first began weightlifting and pursuing basketball. Today, Duncan works as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and introductory-level boxing coach. While in the weight room or in the boxing gym, he focuses on instilling fundamental movement patterns before leading his clients through engaging training programs that continue to push them to new levels of competence.
